Ordering With Paypal (World-wide)

Please use the Paypal buttons near each item you wish to order. Postage will be added to your order when you checkout.

You should receive an email confirmation of your order within 24 hrs. If you have not, please email.

Ordering By Check Or Money Order (US Only)

*Please total your order and add 20% of the total for postage, and send to the address above, along with the name of the item(s) ordered and stock number, if possible.

* Please email that your order is on the way. Our P.O. Box is checked once per week, so this allows us to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order, slightly longer for larger orders. All orders are mailed through United States Postal Service.

We do not offer refunds on our patterns, however, we do offer telephone and email support on a pattern if it has not been modified.

All patterns by Timeless Handwork are copyrighted. This means that only the purchaser of a pattern may use the pattern, and make working copies for themselves.

Patterns may not be reposted on the web, shared in photo hosting sites, scanned and emailed to others, scanned and copied to CD, or distributed to others in any form.
